Jennifer manages our billing department, ensuring the smooth delivery of revenue cycle management services for our clients. She has been with the company since its early days, and has been instrumental in developing the department and cultivating the high-performance team that it is today. An expert in FQHC billing, she works tirelessly to implement solutions that consistently deliver increased revenue and process improvement for our clients.

Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience in every aspect of medical billing, starting her career in a Fee for Service billing company, working her way up to become the Director of Billing. She then transitioned to one of Florida’s largest FQHC groups to broaden her skillset, and later jumped at the opportunity to join our company during its start-up phase. Jennifer is a Tampa native and received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida.
