Sandra Collins

Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Sandra (Sandy) is our Revenue Cycle Director. With over 25 years of experience, Sandy oversees all operations in making sure all of our client needs are met. Her core role is to lead and support the account managers and ACE RCM clients to ensure optimal quality and productivity performance. Sandy has always kept her clients needs in the forefront and has always exceeded expectations.

In the last 12+ years, she has mainly focused on Practice Management and Medicare Risk. She has worked for health plans, medical groups and healthcare consulting firms, leveraging her extensive revenue cycle experience. She has spent the past six years focusing on risk adjustment and HCC coding, implemented a new EHR system and lead a revenue cycle team in multiple states, including coders, billers and reporting analytic staff. She is now focused with her team at ACE to support our RCM FQHC clients success.

Sandy is a member of AAPC and MGMA. She attended the University of California, has three grown sons and enjoys cooking and spending time in the outdoors.
